A complimentary "meet and greet" interview:

• One hour in-person meeting

• In-home or at agreed upon location to get to know one another

• Discuss your hopes and desires for your birth vision

Three prenatal classes:

​

• Approximately an hour and a half to two hours each

• Assistance writing and reviewing birth plan 

• Access to my lending library of recommended books and resources for pregnancy, birth and baby care

• Review and practice techniques and positions for during birth

• Discuss what’s on your heart: hopes, wishes, fears and feelings about your birth journey.

• Unlimited support throughout pregnancy via phone/email/text

On-call commitment to you starting at 38 weeks:​

​

• Join you during active labor at home, hospital, or birth center

• Help you decide when to go to the hospital or birth center, if applicable

• Continuous support at your birth, including physical and emotional support, for mother and birth partner

• Access to TENs Unit while in labor

• Immediate postpartum support for the first 1-2 hours after birth

One postpartum visit to:

​

• Process your birth experience

• Provide emotional support, lactation support & time to heal

• Offer any needed referrals, such as lactation consultant, chiropractors, massage therapist, local new parent groups, etc.

• Six weeks of continued postpartum support by phone/email/text to help ease you into your “Fourth trimester”​
